Avoid Alpha Mechanical! Their management makes claims they don't keep and overcharge. A job that was supposed to take 2-3 days took 5 days. They charged $1000 to solder 3 busted pipes above ground (no digging in the wood floors necessary). On the site I identified other pipes that looked like they were about to go but they assured me the pipes were ok. A week later they were leaking so I contacted the company to ask them to come and fix the pipes which they said they would send a guy over the next day. Two weeks later no one showed and no attempt to contact me. I still haven't heard from them. I went with another plumbing company who is fixing the problem but it's costing me more because I have to open up another insurance claim. Alpha Mechanical was not a pleasure working with and I got the feeling I was getting ripped off.

This is in addition to my complaints made about the company two months ago. I just received a letter from National Grid saying they were not going to give me a rebate for the amount that Alpha Mechanical assured me I would received. When I asked why they said it's because my boiler is not as efficient as Alpha Mechanical claims. Alpha Mechanical made a contract with me to install a boiler with a specific efficiency but accidentally installed a boiler that's less efficient. Pretty bad, right? It gets worse. They are doing very little to reimburse me for all the additional costs! I have to pay higher utility bills for the next 20+ years because they installed a different boiler than their contract stated. Terrible company with terrible customer service!. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I would recommend Alpha Mechanical for anyone looking for professional contractors, there work is neat, the workers are polite, I was very satisfied!

It was a pleasure from start to finish they did exactly what they said they would do they stayed on time and on budget! I highly recommend Alpha Mechanical!

Joe was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable of high efficiency products for my new heating system that his company installed, I highly recommend Alpha Mechanical for the simple fact of pricing and customer service.

The customer service was by far the best i have had in dealing with contractors, they very responsive to all my questions and concerns, they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves everytime, I will definitely us ethem in the future.
