Best experience ever! They were quick to get my car done. They pointed out I still had 2300 miles before I needed an oil change but I told them to go ahead and change the oil. No pushy oh you need this or that. They did their job and were finished in no time. The coupons from Clipper Magazine helped, my bill was way under $100 for everything. Will be doing business with these people for a long time to come. Honest and trustworthy. I thank their staff for a great experience.

I had been to this shop once before to get the oil changed in one of my cars and had a good experience. So last week, I dropped my other car off to get the oil changed. This shop does a brake inspection when you get the oil changed, and I received a call an hour later telling me that they recommended getting my front rotors resurfaced & new brake pads. They also told me that my front-right caliper had seized up. I was aware that my rotors & pads were due for a change so I was fine with that, but the caliper seizing up sounded a little fishy to me. I was told my two options for the caliper were that they could try to un-seize it for $40, and if that did not work, then they would have to put a new one on for $188. I didn't really feel like I had any other option (calipers are pretty important) so I authorized them to take the caliper off and work on it. When they called to tell me my car was done being serviced, I was told they were unsuccessful in un-seizing the caliper and had to install a brand new one. My car has 100,000+ miles on it and I don't remember the last time my front calipers were replaced, so it is very well possible that it was time to replace my front-right caliper. However, I just find it too much of a coincidence that it seized up during a brake inspection at a shop I had only been to once before. Based on this bad experience I do not expect to go back.

These guys are awesome! Took care of my 2011 VW GTI and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do it! I was taking my car to Autohaus but, they always charged outrageous prices for simple service and Auto Service Plus is reasonable and they got my car fixed in an hour whereas the dealer may get it done in a week...thanks for being awesome and you have all my future business!
