I bought a bike from them in October of 2013. I customized my bike through them after the initial purchase. In the end you cannot trust or depend on them to tell the truth or treat you right. I would drive 100 miles to go to another business that sells the same products.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Integ and how they exemplify outstanding customer service. Very informative as I contemplated a couple different bikes. I decided on the 2015 Indian Chieftain but there wasn't one available in the color I wanted within 750 miles or from the factory. The owner kept looking for me and when one popped up he ordered it on the spot just so I could see the color scheme in person. (I hadn't even spent a dime yet!!) Held it for me until I could get in DESPITE having an offer from another buyer. That's integrity!! Once I decided he had it prepped and ready earlier then he had said it would be. He then came in after hours on a weekend to get me riding ASAP. Talk about above and beyond from start to finish!! Indian for life! Integ customer for life!

Worst Customer Service & Non-Repair

They said they could work on an elctrical issue I was having on my bike and told me what day to bring it in which I did. They had it for 17 days, owner lied to me three different times, twice on the phone and once in person when I went in there during that time and never touched it according to the mechanic until the 17th day. Then he wiggled some wires, the bike started, they told me it was fixed, charged me $145.00, had me come pick it up, not telling me they didnt fix anything at that point and let me drive away. 3 days later I got stranded 60 miles from hme with the same problm at 5pm. Called them, owner wasn't available to talk to me of course, so employee who had "worked" on it told me what he had not done at that point, what I needed to take apart to "wiggle" those wires again to get it going and that he was afraid that was going to happen. I was livid. Had the bike towed home, told him to have the owner call me,WHICH HE NEVER DID. Went in there two days later to talk to the owner to be told that of course he wasm't around, left a message for him to call me and have never heard ONE SINGLE WORD BACK FROM HIM. Got the bike fixed elsewhere, was shown what the problem had been and am beyond furious. Have asked for a refund back knowing I will be ignored and plan on taking this as far as I can. This place is horrendous unless you're one of his buddies as I've been hearing over and over and over.

Good shop

I have gone to Integ Motorsports for as long as they have been open. On top of the normal oil changes and tires they have changed my handlebars (Final price was about 80 bucks less than what I was quoted) and done a engine up grade all of this was done to my complete satisfaction.

I don't do these reviews usaly but the service and integrity of this place was horrendous. I broght my Victory to this dealer thinking that there would be some oversight by Victory. I was overcharged for the first service done by Integ but gave them the benefit of the doubt and took it back for an oil change and tire replacement. At that time i was charged $100 more than quoted, i was then informed that they changed the brakes for the second consecutive oil change. when I questioned this I was insulted by the counter help. I ride 10,000 plus miles a year and have never had brake problems, they questioned my experience. I should have known that there was an issue when the owner made me pay for part of the bill in cash. I was unable to get satisfaction from corporate headquarters so please don't let this bunch near your bike.

I am sorry it has taken me so long to respond to this. I was just told today that this review existed. I remember this transaction clearly. What you have failed to mention in your review is that your Victory Kingpin, was a well used motorcycle that needed lots of attention and had over 15,000 miles. You had explained to our service staff that you were wanting to do the repairs and a exhaust upgrade on a budget and provided a amount that you were ok spending. I explained that if you pay with cash or check we could save you a additional percentage off the parts. When paying with Credit Cards we are charged a 3% fee and again you were working on a budget so we wanted to help you meet your goal. When the tech was changing your rear tire, we inspected your rear brake pads and the pads were worn. They were starting to affect the rotor, so we took it upon ourself to install new brake pads on the rear which was a $64.00 part. When you came in both the tech and myself explained the situtation felt we would rather have you 64.00 over budget instead of damaging the rotor which was over $246.00. We provided your used brake pads for you to examine. In closing, Integ Motorsports has built a name for UNMATCHED SERVICE/PROVEN PERFORMANCE in the motorcycle industry. We didn't get there with our hands in our pocket. We have been successful NOT BY DOING WHATS RIGHT WHEN PEOPLE ARE WATCHING. WE ACHIEVED THIS BY DOING WHATS RIGHT WHEN PEOPLE ARE NOT WATCHING. Lesson to be learned here is NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED. We are willing to provide you with a 50% off coupon for your next service Mr. Pitti for what your less then desireable experience.
