Owner Amy filled in my nails uneven and not fully because the gap between nail bed and gel was very noticeable. I told her I was unhappy with how it looked and she told me that if I want it to look better I have to pay the extra money b/c the last girl put them on wrong. It ended with me asking to have them taken off. My hands were put in a bowl of acetone. The burning in my nail beds was horrific. Then my hands were put in a bowl of an oily substance and that's when I started crying b/c the burning was so bad, my skin turned dark red. Amy finally told me she didn't know how to take them off and wasn't sure what the oily liquid was. I realized all my nail bed was badly cut. Upon leaving the owner demanded I pay. I told her that I will not be paying due to the terrible cuts on my fingers, burning of my skin, and overall status my nails were left in. She then proceed to kick me out of the salon. My finger beds 24hrs later are all red, puffy, and infected.

Dirty and disgusting! The foot bath I almost put my feet in had someone's toe nail clippings floating in the water. All the techs act depressed and either can't or don't want to speak to the customers.
