Had them over today. The driver tells me it will cost 450.00 for pumping 1,000 gals,air rating and two five gallon jugs of chemicals. He starts pumping cesspool is getting real low I go in house, then I go back out and the water level is way back up, I say to the driver/laborer what did the water come from the other pool he says no he pumped water back in to clean sides of pool. Water is not coming from feed pipe into pool says he is going to roto root pipe last time the driver says it will be $65.00. Well when all is done he gives me a bill for almost $900.00. Roto root charge$ 225.00 , to put a snake in line. I told him you should have told me how much it would cost for five minutes of roto rooting. Well it ended up with me paying almost $700.00 then having the boss come to my house telling me to stop talking acting like tough guy trying to intimidate me. They did not take 2,000 gals only 1,000 gals also wrote on receipt used three five gallon jugs when only using two. Never again.
