Outstanding company! They were quick to respond, honestly and accurately assess, and promptly complete the work all at a fair and reasonable cost. What more could you ask for when having a plumbing?drainage problem?!?

Been living in my home over 30 years and never had a problem, until i did! I called direct drainage when I started to smell this odor in my basement. They sent me Bernie who did a video inspection and turned out I had a clog in my main line. He fixed my problem in no time and was quite informative about preventative measures I could take in the future. Thank goodness it wasn't a major issue. Thank you Bernie for coming in a jiff and fixing it right up.

Been having issues with back ups in my house for a while. Called quite a few companies and the problem never really seemed to be resolved. Stumbled upon Direct Drainage and all my problems were lifted. They sent me Bernie who was beyond informative and completely neat and professional. He pinpointed the problem in no time, made sure to clean up after he was done. And I have not had an issue since. Even the smell is gone. So i had a clogged sink and i called direct drainage and they sent Bernie to me the same day. He new exactly what the problem was and he fixed it within minutes. No mess, no hassle, no up charge for the quick service. I was super pleased and he wasn't bad to look at either. I would definitely use direct drainage in the future.

I live in Selden and i was having some issues so I called direct drainage and they sent Bernie. He showed up quickly and gave a very detailed estimate on a storm drain cleaning. He had so much knowledge about drainage systems and i felt real comfortable as opposed to other companies i had received estimates from. I would definitely use him again in the future.

So there was an awful smell in the house and after calling around i finally called direct drainage. For starters the receptionist was so friendly and forthcoming explaining services and details. Then they sent this guy Bernie over and he was awesome. He pinpointed my problem almost instantly and he explained to me what the process was before initiating anything. He was clean, super informative and actually quite fast. A job i thought would take him all day took him less than an hour. I will definitely call direct drainage back in the future if i need anything.

I had a cesspool issue recently in the patchogue area and i know nothing about cesspools. I called the company and they send Bernie on over. He was so neat and clean and seemed to really know what he was talking about. Gave us a good price and got the job done. I told my friends about this company. Thumbs up guys.

I have a complicated cesspool system that it seemed no company could fix. Larry found the problem and fixed it. I am so impressed and thankful for this company and for Larry! Highly recommended.

Called with an overflowed cesspool around 7pm and they were here at 8pm. Super friendly and fast service!! Very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!!!

I called Direct Drainage when my cesspool was overflowing on MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. Not only did someone answer the phone but they were at my house within an hour. I was not charged anything extra for it being a holiday weekend or the incredibly prompt service. Beyond that their rates are very reasonable! Their service guy, Larry, was very clean and polite. I highly recommend Direct Drainage!

Direct Drainage showed up exactly when they said they would be to my house. They found my cesspools within 15 minutes and took care of my problem. Their service man, Larry, was very curtious to me and explained the problem and the price BEFORE any work was done. They were a pleasure to deal with.
