The East Liverpool Area YMCA has been serving the tri-state area of Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania for more than 100 years. It offers various aquatic, child care and sports programs. The organization also provides health and fitness programs that include karate, martial arts, yoga and other forms of strength training. With one of its locations in East Liverpool, Ohio, the organization conducts swimming lessons and a lifeguard certification program. The East Liverpool Area YMCA s child care services are licensed by the government of Ohio and West Virginia. It operates a preschool program for children of ages 3 to 5 and maintains a gymnasium and Olympic-size pool. The East Liverpool Area YMCA is a part of the Young Men's Christian Association.
