Traveling through the area and hit a nasty pothole completely disabling our vehicle. Ray was on the job early that morning and took exceptional care of us. A very kind and professional man; was flexible and accommodating on the charges and entire procedure, which included a tow all the way back to our home in Detroit and providing us one of his business vehicles to drive saving us the hassle of Ubering to Pittsburgh and one-way airfare tickets to Detroit.

We were totally stranded in kind of a remote area we knew very little about. The damage to our vehicle was extensive and that was the last thing we expected. We also didn’t expect to meet such a nice man as Ray. What a blessing. Rice’s Towing were angels sent to help us out.
