Great eye care. Friendly team that really helps you , even with insurance quirks. They help how they can... and they get your eye prescription RIGHT. Highly recommend!

Very professional and friendly. Service was fast, and efficient. Prices were reasonable and they even gave me a student discount on my exam even though I admitted to no longer being a student. There was some damage done to my glasses lenses while they were adjusting my frames for me, purely by accident, but they replaced both my lenses at no cost to me. Good HONEST people.

I can't say enough great things about this business. The office is very clean and professional, their inventory is impressive, and the staff is beyond exceptional when it comes to customer service. I don't have vision benefits, and they were more than fair with pricing. Dr. Thompson provided great advice and comfort to my 6-year-old and me after her school eye exam results were abnormal. I was impressed by his ability to relate to a first-grader and teach her about her vision as well as proper handling of her new glasses. Jessica took her time with us, making sure we found the PERFECT frames for a budding fashionista (that wouldn't break mom's pocket book) that are still durable for a child new to glasses. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Thompson Eye Care offers excellent eye care and friendly, compassionate customer service. Dr. Thompson explains everything about the eye exam and the results thoroughly. Something that I had not experienced before. He was very patient and answered all of my questions whether it pertained to my eye exam or the billing process.



Jessica is very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped me choose between several eye glass frames but at the same time did NOT try to force me to choose the most expensive frames. This is sadly what I experienced at other optical practices.



They were both more than happy to explain the itemized billing information and provided me with the printed information for all of my eye exam information. This was always frowned upon at other practices and treated like it should be kept a secret from the patients.



I would gladly recommend without any hesitation Thompson Eye Care for your eye care needs.

Thompson eye care is the best! My four year old was very anxious and nervous for his first eye check......Dr. Thompson was very patient, kind, caring and related well with my son. He spent time with us and made us feel important. My son had to get glasses, they arrived quickly and my son couldn't wait to go back to get them. What a great experience! Love the hours of operation, and the personal attention that the entire staffs gives, very courteous and caring of your eye needs.

I went to Thompson Eyecare because a friend recommended Dr Thompson to me. If you like your doctors to explain some of their thought process and allow you some input into your own care, then this is the practice for you. DrThompson asked me questions I had never been asked before at an eye exam, but his reasoning made a lot of sense after he explained why was making the recommendations he was making. He actually listened to my responses and used those to counsel me on things to help my eyes and headaches I had never thought of on my own.



DrThompson's assistant is his wife, Jessica, which is nice because they were on the same page in making sure I was taken care of from start to finish. They are both nice and professional and make a great team.



The office was easy to find, convenient to get to from campus, and looked and smelled clean and refreshing. They have a lot of great glasses frames to choose from and even though they had to order my contacts, DrThompson had a sample pair to wear so I could throw out my old ones.



The fees were not cheap without insurance but I know I have complicated eyes and they made sure I felt worth every dollar. I will never trust my eyes to the $69 places again.
