The professionals at all levels of this therapy office have been excellent. Our calls were returned promptly, with all questions answered in a reasonable and understandable fashion. The therapists and management are top notch. Happy to have our family member in therapy with this excellent professional team. Thank you.

I would avoid this place. I worked there for a few months up until recently and the management is very unprofessional. The therapists are great but it's not enough to compensate for the lack of professionalism from everybody else. I found many times where a customer would call in or walk in with a complaint and management would try and duck the situation and not deal with the problem. I worked the front desk and I was literally told to tell some customers that our manager wasn't there. I've also seen them purposefully not pick up the phone on multiple occasions. I was let go from the job via a text message with no warning and little did I know they hired my replacement and made me work with her. I also had a key to the building in which they lied to me in order to get it back. Told me they lost their key and asked to borrow mine. They were just working up the courage to send a text message saying I no longer work there. Now I know why there is an extremely high employee turnover rate there. Lastly, I went to go pick up my check after all of that happened and once again management was trying to duck the situation and avoid the problem. I guess they were afraid to face me? I had to contact the manager multiple times and even had front desk call but was ignored.

Again, avoid this place if you can. Management is poor, so good luck resolving any issues smoothly. Customers are sometimes avoided, phone calls are ignored, there is a high employee turnover rate and God forbid you have a billing question or issue.
