James helped us so much. We were staying at a friend's house when the spring broke and my wife's car was trapped . He was able to get to the house and fix it before we had to leave to get the kids. Their name says it all Thank you Reliable Door Company

Reliable Door did a great job installing my 3 garage doors. it was a very complicated installation with three high lift doors. James is committed to getting the job done, he stands behind his work and he will not give up until the customer is satisfied. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a door.

I recently was researching garage door installers in the area. I went to the local Depot first but was uncertain about quality of install and found Reliable Door online along with a ton of positive reviews. I called and set up a free at home estimate with the owner James. He was courteous, timely and had a quote to me that evening. I could tell Right away James was very knowledgeable and showed pride in the work he performed for good reason. I pulled the trigger on the install and couldn't be happier. I would recommend him to anyone looking for garage doors and or openers. I had some unique install needs to fix a previous poorly designed install and he had several solutions to remedy the issue. The install was top notch the space is warmer and I couldn't be happier.

James has saved the day for us twice (once, something was broken and I could open the door and get my car out. He came within the hour of calling, fixed everything!!! i could then get my car out of the garage and get my son from school...second, he installed a new opener after our house had flood)........always exceptional service. Always thorough and professional.

They came on time, carefully assessed the problems, offered recommendations and options without pressure, and did the work promptly, expertly, and for a very fair price. Replaced two ancient garage door mechanisms and all associated parts, installed safety features, tested them, demonstrated them, provided tips for operation, and answered all questions. The work and parts are warrantied. Over and above, the owner James, and his colleague, were both engaging and highly knowledgeable--a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.

When I called Reliable Door to repair my opener I spoke with the owner himself, James McCaffery Jr. He said he could be at my house between 1:00 & 3:00 that same day and he was. He was very personable and thorough at fixing my door back to complete operating condition. I found his price was also quite reasonable. My husband called Reliable Door Company on a Sunday and the Owner actually answered his call. He scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He called prior to arriving and was prompt. He quickly assessed the situation and provided several options for the repairs. He did not try to sell us a new garage door opener. He was able to rebuild/refurbish the existing garage door opener. He also replaced the springs, cables, pulleys and brought the entire assembly back to an "As New" condition backed by a 5 year guarantee. This work was completed within just a few hours on the spot. His rates were very reasonable. Mr. McCaffery's knowledge of his trade is highly commendable. `Most companies will only replace in lieu of repair because their technicians do not have the in-depth knowledge of the equipment. Having been a Commercial Construction Manager for 30 years, it is refreshing to find a contractor with who is honest and has integrity. His capabilities are a dying art. We highly recommend Reliable Door Company and will recommend him to all our friends. We will always call him for any future repairs or possibly new garage doors in the future.

Highly recommend this owner operated business! James is prompt, courteous and meticulous about his work. He communicated my options and was not trying to maximize his revenue but rather to get me what I needed. I have contact Reliable Door twice - once to replace a door lifter and once to repair the other door lifter. On both occasions he honored the appointment within 15 minutes and completed the work at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

He explained everything and showed both the new parts and the parts that were broken. The difference in the quality of the new parts was noticeable. He took the time to show me the problem and explain the way it needed to be resolved. He showed me the parts that he removed and the parts he would use to fix the issue. What more can be said about Reliable Door Company and its owner James McCaffery that hasn't been said already. I was led to Reliable Door after a bad experience with an Overhead Door Company in my area. Needing to find a garage door repair service I naturally looked to the Yellow Pages. After several calls and shopping price I found a company who's price I liked, trouble was that when I told the gentleman where I lived he stated that he didn't serve my area , however, of all the door companies, he recommended Reliable. What better recommendation can one get than to be recommended by a competitor. I called Reliable and was immediately impressed with Mr. MaCaffery and his philosophy on running his business. From speaking with him it was obvious that what was most important to him was that his customers were both happy and satisfied with their purchase and his work and that it was the customer that counted first and foremost, not the dollars made. As the Homelink system that allows one to operate the opening and closing of the door(s) from within ones car would not work with my vehicles I would need to purchase what is called a repeater. Rather than simply telling me that I would have to purchase one, Mr. McCaffery suggested I call the manufacturer and politely question why the Car Homelink worked with some cars built from 2007 on, but not others, mine falling into the latter category with the hope of the manufacturer sending me a repeater for free. Sure enough the manufacturer agreed to send me one free of charge and its on its way. Proof that the customer comes first, before the mighty buck. The best words that describe James have already been repeated in the many positive and happy reviews appearing on Y.P.com sight. I must add some of these same words. Like so many others I found James to be a friendly, pleasant individual, who is conscientious and knowledgeable about his work,

James is the man when it comes to garage doors. Simply put I got the doors I wanted at the right price when I wanted them. Communication was excellent when picking the door style, opener brand and style, right down to the key pad and remotes that best fit my needs. I have done a fair amount of construction and I know in the future I will look no farther than for James' number for garage doors and openers. James is knowledgeable, fair, and knows how to communicate, that's all I need regarding his type of service . Best of luck!

Our 20 year old garage doors were a little worse for wear. James provided a competitive quote and patiently provided additional information for different door models I was considering. James and Kurt did a terrific job installing the doors and tuning up our existing motors. They look great and work wonderfully. I appreciated their professionalism and honesty.
