These guys don't know me from Adam and helped me out of a big jam last week. I was on a long business trip out of Michigan, stopped in here Wednesday mid-afternoon because of a slow leak in one tire; turns out I had a cracked rim! I had to be in Baltimore by 11 the next day. They found a good rim at a local junk yard and had me going down the road in a couple hours; didn't charge me any more than the local guy here in Michigan would have charged me. Thanks a bunch to Mike and his crew for good, honest work provided to a complete stranger from out of state.

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation the week before. While the mechanic was rotating the tires, Dave (the shop manager) inspected my brakes for FREE. It's part of their inspection and they do this because they care about their customers and show that preventative maintenance is cheaper to maintain instead of waiting till it's too late and more costly but most importantly becoming a safety issue before you repair the problem. Well, after showing me the measurements of my brakes and my admitting that I haven't really given them a thought even though I hear a noise when I hit the brake, it was obvious that I was in need of brakes. They said a special was starting the following week for NAPA Brakes and that Goodyear was also giving a rebate, too. They saved me a lot of money and offered me a 0% interest Goodyear Credit Card to pay over 6 months. I got my car back the same day. The showroom is clean and comfortable. The people go above and beyond. There is a wall of all the certifications that Dave has and Mike, the service manager, has his, too. Seeing all of this, I trust these guys and will recommend them to my family and friends!
