Greg showed up just as I was rushing out the door to take my mother to the airport, demanded full payment for services up front, left a bag of peanuts and a tub of peanut butter outside my back door which the raccoons raided over night, and became difficult, argumentative, and disrespectful when I called him this morning to clarify expectations and outcomes. When he demanded $175.00 extra to bait and check the have a heart traps daily, I suggested that since he had already been paid $275.000, and no work was done, that he wait until the job was complete for the extra funds he demanded. At this point he became very upset, accused me of questioning his integrity, although he seemed to have no problem questioning mine, and quit. He has promised me a refund, but I will believe it when I see it. No work was done. This man is clearly a male chauvinist pig.
