My name is Wayne and we have been in the "Pig Roasting" business for many years now. Over the years we have added to both our menu and catering abilities. We have the ability to bring our complete cooking services to your event and provide meals for up to 400 people. So whether you are hosting a backyard party or large event hosted indoors or out, we can accommodate your catering needs. Although we are based in East Hartford (CT) we service all of Connecticut, as well as, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
