I have been twice. The first time our appetizer of lettuce wraps only came with 3 small pieces of lettuce. No where near enough. PF Changs gives you 6. I asked the waitress for more lettuce and said she would have to ask the manager because it might be a charge. I was stunned. She comes back over and tells me that it will be $1 more. I'm like, you have to be kidding! The dish isn't right to begin with...and you have the nerve to charge me for a couple pieces of lettuce! I'm sitting with 6 other people...eating and drinking..I think the bill will be enough to make up for the stinkin'dollar. We only used 2 and I asked for my 33 cents back.



The next time, we were promised we would be sitting in 20 minutes...after several complaints to the staff...and one hour later...we were still not seated. My wife began to feel ill due to the time and stuffiness of the air so we decided to leave our party and went to the new Yokohama on RTE 2. Much better!



I would recommend Yokohama or Seven Moons to anyone.
