Apparently all sales are final even though there is no sign saying that. Bought lotion that I specifically said I wanted for SPF protection because I have sun spots on my face and when I got it home I saw that the small print says there is no protection. Asked to return it the next day, unused, even for a credit, and was told all sales are final. I asked what would happen if I said it makes my skin break out or causes a rash and was told if I brought in a letter from my doctor saying it caused a skin irritation, I could probably return it for a credit! What?! $70 for lotion I don't need or want and the only possible way to return it is if I pay for a doctor visit and get a letter?! Worst customer service ever!

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT HERE!! After you cancel a subscription they continue to withdrawal money from your account. They do not take responsibility for the lack of knowledge that their employees have. Their attitudes suck when it comes time to “take care of the customer.” The young staff is rude and they certainly do not give a crap. I will never refer my friends or go back. They are a huge scam and it’s a shame because they are located in a small town and their only hope is to impress the locals. From what I hear and the experience I have had, they are not doing a very good job!

They do not take responsibility when it comes to their employees knowledge. They lie and are completely RUDE! They do not care about your business and if you have a problem they just say Oh well! Do not go here unless you like being lied to!
