Carvana uses us.dealertrack.com for registration and title which has been a massive FAILURE. I'm not sure who is worse Carvana or Dealer Track. (Or both). I can't get use of a car that I paid in full (without financing) in January 2021

Just a cautionary piece of information. Carvana will blame the DMV for delays and errors. This is false.

Carvana came up with another excuse on Thursday when they called back.

They now blame Dealer Track in New York state.

Dealer Track's sub division is REGUSA and owned by Cox Automotive Inc. in Atlanta. A division of coxenterprises.com

Best not to buy from Carvana (Who uses RegUSA) or you will regret it.

is it too much to ask to be able to have registration and title on a car that I purchased 5 months ago ?
