I called the manager at Flat Rate Carpet to Thank him for getting my area rug on time for a housewarming party I was having. I Also Used this company about a year ago for cleaning a Couch and Loveseat of mine. Writing a review to say thank you, and also to let people know that this company is referable and a good one to use.

Flat Rate Carpet was a good company because of the fact that they followed up on my area rug. I had my area rug picked up along with putting down a deposit 2 weeks ago. I had a gentleman call one week afterwards to give me an update and a delivery date. They left it with my doorman and I paid over the phone- the process was easy and I am one happy customer.

I had my stairway, hallways, and rooms in my home cleaned by Flat Rate Carpet and I am delighted with the results!!

My carpet and mattress feel and look as good as new! The tech who came to my house gave me the best price of all the quotes I received from any other company. From now on I am only using Flat Rate, the only company I will recommend to my friends and family.

I called Flat Rate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to clean my rug that had urine on it from my sick dog.

The guy that came over guaranteed me that the smell and stain would be removed completely.

I got my rug back about 2 weeks later and saw that the stains were still there and the smell was worse than before. When I asked the delivery man why was I guaranteed the stain and smell to come out completly, he said he had no idea and I should call the office. While I was going to call the office the delivery man insisted I give him the balance in cash, I told him that he would have to re clean the area rug because it was unacceptable, he didnt answer. I called the office and the man that answered the phone said "pay the delivery man in cash and we will pick up the rug again and clean it"

When I refused to pay for the service until it was done properly the delivery man tried to take the rug back without my permission. In the end I called the police because I was scared for my life. The delivery man ran out the door and I never heard back from him or anyone at Flat Rate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. I wrote letters and sent emails, no response.

Make sure you are happy with your service and make sure whatever they tell you is on your contract, DO NOT USE THEM Flat Rate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

i.e., A loc I have never used a carpet cleaning service, and was debating on purchasing a new loveseat, than having to go through the trouble of having someone come to my house and. The loveseat wasn't very expensive, so I was worried the cost of the cleaning would be close to what I paid for the loveseat. Was I ever wrong!!! Not only did the technician clean the loveseat, but I then showed him a repair that I had avoided having fixed, and took care of it right there and then for such a tiny cost. I am so glad my first experience was such a gratifying experience, and am sure it won?t be my last!! al favorite, or highly recommended because

Because of Flat Rate Carpet my reputation as a house sitter is still in tact! I was watching a house for someone when I stained their couch. I called Flat Rate Carpet and they came out the next day to take care of it. By the time the people came home the stain was gone, the couch was dry and they were never the wiser. They even asked me to watch thier house again!
