i've used them multiple times over the years, but this last time in NY they went above and beyond the call of duty and that to me, is great customer service. due to traffic pattern changes at laguardia airport, it was a very difficult time for me to get to the rental facility. i called and told them about my experience and they made sure that when i dropped off the car, i had a better experience in getting to the airport. thanks national

Trip tp pick up the car and then after returning the car are cumbersome due to construction, I fully understand, LGA does not have the surrounding space available for ease of construction as many cities do so it will always become a tight maneuver whenever there are upgrades...I am an exec status customer, no complaints or issues...hopefully the next rental will be a bit smoother....

This is pertaining to National Car Rental at La Guardia. The car was fine. The signs showing the way to the rental center to drop off the car were not clearly posted and with the construction at La Guardia, the detours, in some cases were non-existent. Also, National could have and should have let their customers know ahead of time, that National Shuttles were no longer running at La Guardia, and could have explained the new procedure ahead of time, through an email. You have my contact information. Use it for something useful!

Everytime I go to New York LaGuardia Airport I always get my car from National. It is right by the terminal and easy access once I have dropped the car off. The staff is really nice and the shuttle bus is quick.

Very courteous and helpful desk agent. Vehicle was ready, clean and in good working order. Overall an excellent experience.

I have rented with this location many times but never in my career have I gotten a car without cruise control and the air conditioner not working. They did credit me 1 day but I think they could have done better.

My rental experience was excellent. The rate was good, as I came to town for a funeral, the CS rep was able to put me in the largest SUV in my rental class, which really helped out during the week for logistics. The vehicle was clean and performed well. Dropping it off was a breeze.

I have rented with this company in many different ocassions and have never had a problem. The staff is very courteous, friendly and professional. There vehicles are the very equipped. And they don't have a problem in accommodating you if they encounter a situation with they not having no cars. I would definetly recommend National to any one of my friends.

As an Emerald Club member I love the fact that I can just walk up and choose my car. My mid-size was a new 2015 Hyundai Sonata that was loaded. It was a great car and I enjoyed driving it.

I would also like to say that the staff at the LeGuardia National Car Rental office were superb, from the shuttle driver to the checkin/checkout staff. All were very friendly and welcoming.

This is what I have found to be the very best rental agency while booking out of LaGuardia. I book approximately two times per month and have NEVER had a bad experience! All employees are extremely courteous and professional, and go out of their way to make sure everything is in proper order. Their drivers get you back and forth with little or no wait, and make a special effort if they know you are tight for time!

I only use this location when renting vehicles. Everyone is professional, friendly and accommodating. I had one issue over the course of time that I have been renting, and after making a complaint, the REGIONAL manager stepped in and addressed my complaint and wanted to compensate me for the experience. I was totally shocked, and pleased at the gesture. If you are an Emerald member and they don't have your agreed upon rental size available they will gladly upgrade your vehicle at no extra charge. I find their rates competitive, if not better than almost every other rental company. I have been to many other rental companies and my experience is that National beats the rest hands down. Class Act!
