I have used Enterprise for as long as I can remember and have found them courteous, professional and affordable.

Wholly recommended, use them!

The entire staff was just wonderful. I had reserved a car online several weeks in advance in order to make sure they had the size car I needed for a family of 5 with luggage. This was my first to visit to NYC and being from Texas, I was a little concerned. However, from the moment the shuttle arrived at LaGaurdia to take us to the rental office (off site by the way) until we turned in the car at the end of our trip, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for the trip. They did offer us extra services but were not pushy about it. We did end up having to return our car two days early and even though the weekly rate applied, the staff still knocked a little off of the original price, unsolicited. Finally, we got in late (after 10:30 p.m.) and the staff even called a car service at a flat rate to get us into Manhattan. Kuddos to the staff here and I highly recommend using Enterprise if you are flying into LGA and need a car. Bravo Enterprise. Bravo.

Excellent service at both the pickup and the drop off. Made our great spring break trip even more enjoyable. Was helpful to ensure we were properly prepared for the toll roads. Shuttle run very timely so there was no delay in getting us back to the airport

Used Enterprise over Thanksgiving holiday. Excellent service. Quick in and out on both pick up and drop off. Will definitely use Enterprise on future trips.

Very unhappy with the fact that the fee for the car ended up being almost $80 more than the quoted price. The car was ok but dirty.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Enterprise LGA Airport. When I arrive outside of baggage claim, the shuttle was outside and waiting for me. The shuttle driver was very polite and asked me if I had a reservation. I told him that I did but I may be a little early, He told me that they would have car for me. The check in process was pretty easy. The represntative was very friendly and offered me a bottle of water. The only con was when I arrived there was only two available cars for the class that I had rented from. Other than that it was a great experience.

Let me start saying the customer service was excellent. The staff was very helpful and I was out of there with in 30mins or less. It was a little high, but that was only because I choose to get all they insurance and I paid for a full tank of gas also a car charge. But it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend location and will rent from them again. Plus the car ran smooth ������������

Picking up the car from the airport was great and easy. The people there took care of my needs and quoted me a rental price of about $110 for the weekend.They even let me pick out the car I wanted in a certain group. I thought this was a great price and double checked to make sure that it included taxes and fees. They said yes so I left to enjoy my weekend in CT. When i returned that Sunday morning to turn the car in, the final amount due was more than double what they had told me. When I asked about why it was so much more, they said because of taxes and fees. What could I do, I had already used the car for the weekend and was going to be late for my flight. Bottom line: They are great when you pick up but don't tell you the truth about how much it is really going to cost. Sorry I'm going back to National

Great people and good selection of cars. Also, I appreciate how flexible they are, when it comes working out problems and glitches.we appreciate their efforts to take care of our needs.

Chris and Robby were great fast and professional....make sure to get the Toll Tag save a fortune....excellent service there ...first time using them and i would do it again
