My luggage was lost and the airline hired Deputy Delivery Service. I received my bag the next morning. Driver was very courteous.

They got the job of returning a delayed United bag to me from Logan Airport. It took them more than 10 hours (although I am 20 minutes from the airport), they provided me inaccurate information by phone, failed to update web tracking, and actually hung up on me when I complained that they did not meet their delivery window.

This company is unable to deliver the luggage in any reasonable time. They received my suitcase from Lufthansa 24 hours ago and still cannot give me a time for delivery. They told me to complain to Lufthansa when in fact they are responsible for the delay. Lufthansa should not do any business with them. In addition, the person I talked to over the phone was unfriendly and totally non-sympathetic concerning the missing luggage. When I said "you are responsible for this sh.." (I admit that I shouldn't have used this word), he threatened to not deliver the luggage at all and to send it back to Lufthansa.
