They used to have 2 guys that worked there that we never had a problem with. Today we ordered from there & apparently it isn't their responsibility to clarify what their customers wants when they order something not on their menu. Ordered an Italian cheese steak & they call it a pizza steak. So, the person assumed I just wanted a cheese steak. Also, ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks & an order of fries & they mixed them all together in one container. The fries were soggy cause they put them in a styrofoam container & not a bag & the mozzarella sticks were overdone with the cheese coming out. So now they mixed food together that someone may have had a dairy allergy to with non dairy product. I can tell you I certainly will never order from there again. I threw my entire sub away cause the green peppers were essentially still raw & not really sautéed. And it was my fault for not ordering the right thing because they only had 2 people working & couldn't clarify all the customers orders when they ask for something not on the menu. Awful experience & won't ever go back.

The pizza and prices I thought were pretty good, but the place as a whole is outdated with old beat-up tables and chairs. It's like the owner refused to do any updates since the place was first opened many years ago. We went for lunch. There was no table service, so each time we needed something like napkins or a refill one of us would wait in line to get it. The same line where ppl order, so its not efficient and meanwhile the pizza is getting cold. Crumbs on the table upon arrival, gross bathroom. We will not return for a 2nd trip. I think with an evaluation of service and decor this could be a cool little spot.

Excellent Italian Fare. All food made on premises, bread baked daily, local family owned and operated.

We recently ate at Rocco's and we waited, asked for refils, and waited, asked for refils and waited, almost gave up and went home. The pizza was at best ok, if you have plenty of time to wait (we waited over an hour) the pizza is ok. I wouldn't make a special trip to pick it up. If you are in a hurry, go else where.

It was funny that this small town of east berlin has so many places to eat. We decide to eat a rocco's of all of them there is another pizza shop in this town as well but I heard a lot about this place. Rocco's was very good we had subs and a pizza, I never had a sub that was so good they make there bread daily and the pizza was just as good...I saw that they have dinners to, but didnt have a chance to try any maybe on the next trip. I did get a chance to ask about the place and they are family owned and operated very nice and Italian haha. Basically you must try roccos if your in the area its wonderful!
