Best Solar Panel Installer in CT!! I am so happy I choose EcoSmart out of East Berlin, CT (R Pelton Builders). The owner Steve, installers, sales team and office support are the best in the business. They answered every question and had the most competitive pricing. I spoke to 11 CT Solar Installers before choosing EcoSmart and I am soooo happy that I did! Using EcoSmart will be the best house decision that you have ever made. I would highly recommend them to everyone! They also did an Energy Audit prior to the Solar installation and did an excellent job analyzing everything possible and giving me a highly detailed energy audit.

I just had my garage insulated. I had requested an urgent service and they worked very hard in getting the job done. I had a deadline to meet and ended worked until 10:00 at night. The owner himself came over to help. Not only that they did everything to honor the deadline but they made sure that it was done well and the right way. CHAOS CHAS CHAOS! Horrible company which is always running around defusing problems its owners create. They can never keep employees and prefer to hire, pay for hire labor employees therefore you do not have professionals doing your installation. This results in having a $40k solar system installed by the bill and teds excellent learning adventure on your home. All that I paid for was a non stop headache for them to put more than 20 wholes in my roof that leak every time it rains. Trust me and go with a well known professional contractor and not someone who underprices its competition promising to provide top rate service then have them go back and break every agreement you made with the owner. They offer a warranty that they don't honor and from what their employees have advised while working on my home the office is in a chaotic state!
