Very poor customer service. You can wait 30 minutes to talk to a live person. You have to call for the same issue more than once. I made a complaint to a national office and no one followed up with me. Another time I tried to order supplies but they cancelled the order because my insurance changed and did not reach out for the new insurance information. I had hoped when I ordered supplies on line, they would call me because of the insurance change. I had to call them twice ultimately and wait excessive amounts of time to give them my corrected insurance information. I dreaded calling them because it takes so long for them to answer.

I would not recommend that you use this company to obtain an oxygen concentrator for a flight. They do not disclose that they cannot guarantee delivery but they do not guarantee delivery. I called nearly a month in advance. We are now down to the wire and still no concentrator. They just state that all they can do is place an order and they do not control if it is filled or if UPS delivers timely. Really? What is the point if you are not going to guarantee delivery by a flight like the other companies. For a company that provides oxygen I would think they would have a better attitude. Unreliable. Undependable. Very poor customer service.
