I went into Eagle River Small Engine Repair to pick up my mower. I had to wait over an hour before someone showed up to open the gate. When I made a statement to the owner about the wait, he started yelling at me, started bulling me and was verbally abusive in my option over the issue. I am over 60 years old and disable so the last thing I need was a confrontation with a person half my age. The work he does is acceptable the prices I believe are fair, but I cannot recommend this shop for work because if you have a problem you may have a problem.
