After reading the previous review, I have to add that I had a similar experience in the Eagle Point office. The dentists there are extremely rude, margin driven, mean-spirited individuals. The office manager is the exact same way, rude and offensive. Both the staff and the dentist make you feel like you're an idiot when you ask for your records or a second opinion.
After what they deemed as extensive work (for which I am making monthly payments ON TIME), I wanted a second opinion. I asked for my records and was impolitely confronted about my payments! I was reminded of my balance and "you need to make sure the payments are on time", 15 days before my payment was even due.
One tooth in particular, a molar, was an awful experience all together. After going through the procedure with his rather large stomach resting in my ear, in addition to the foul language and the awful way he treats "help", my tooth didn't feel right. The work he did threw my entire bite off. When I inquired and asked that it me looked at, I was again treated like an idiot. Instead of fixing the original tooth, he opted to "shave" the rest of them down! Now ALL of them are super sensitive and it interferes with my regular eating habits! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE. I'm a young person and now my teeth are more or less ruined (upon second opinion).
