Went there for my going out of town celebration. Waited 15 minutes for them to ask me for my drink. Ordered appetizers, and told them we wanted to wait a while to order. Waitress offered a soup sample, forgot, then she came back, interrupted me during an important conversation, and pressured use to order. I made my order anf told her that I wanted all my food together.
She came out 20 minutes later with half our appetizers. 5 minutes later she came out with our salad and soup. Salad was good, soup was cold (and I told her wanted with my meal), then the other half of appetizers another 15 minutes later.
I hate mushrooms, can't even eat something with a hint of that smell, so I told them none. They served everyone else and told me I had to wait cuz they put mushrooms in my food, and they were fixing it.
Told them nevermind about the order after the fries I got. They were cooked in burnt grease and tasted awful.
Later on they did try to make it right with a free order of tater tots. To mad top eat them, so I said yes when they offered me a to-go box, twice. After waiting 25 minutes, I left without the tots because I never did see box they offered.
I feel really bad. Someone tried to do something nice for me, and someone who only had 4 tables to manage ruined it. I will never go back, not even if i was starving and they offered me a free meal.

Every time I go in they are happy to see us! even when they are busy and packed! Great prices with big portions!
