I wish I could put negative stars for this store! I researched telephones and plans prior to going into the Sprint store. I arrived 20 minutes before closing (after work) and told the salesperson that I wanted an Iphone and to upgrade my account. She told me that they were sold out and she would have to order one. I then asked her what Android or IOS telephones she had in stock and she told me that they were COMPLETELY SOLD OUT! Are you kidding me??? Then I asked her to cancel my 2nd line and salesperson told me that I would have to call customer service. RIDICULOUS!
