The locksmith showed up in 30 minutes through rush hour traffic and had my car unlocked in less than 5 minutes. Only cost $60! That is still quite a pretty penny, but it cost half what I was charged a year ago by another place, plus the tech tipped me off that my car insurance would reimburse. Though I hope I never have to call again; I would call these guys!

Brian answered the phone promptly and had his technician Bruce to my location within a half hour. When Bruce arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor that helped with my situation and his customer service skills are to be commended as well Thank you for your help, Bryan D.
