This company does not deserve a single star. I have never dealt with a realtor as unprofessional as this, especially the owner. He is extremely rude and does not respect his renters at all.

I had a terrible experience today while trying to pay first months rent, I was insulted and told that even though I had signed the lease already it was not valid until he made necessary revisions to the ALREADY SIGNED lease....isn't that illegal?

Also, when caught in his own incompetence his only excuse was "I forgot to go over the lease again." He forgot to read and revise his own lease, and blamed ME for pointing out its inconsistencies.



In short, avoid this company at ALL costs.
