The onwer may have offered better services 9 years ago but as of 2017 I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. He owner must have forgoten how to talk to people over the years and decided to hire a woman whos 100 times more despicable vile callous heartless insensitive cruel and ignorant than he is. I lost my daughter at child birth and they contracted her cremation services out to this company. I felt victimized all over again and it makes me sick to my stomach that my child was ever in their care or lack there of! I will do everything in my power to ensire that their contract with unc chapel hill os terminated and that everyone I encounter know just how disgusting and horrific this company is. Quality cermation services is anything but Quality! They should change the the name to piss poor quality cermation services. Please of you want your loved ones cared for after their gone. Dont patronize here. They are so despicable I cant even rest asure that my daughters remains are actually even her. I hate hate hate that my childs remains ever had to go here.
