I have known and used Dunwoody American Mail (on Chamblee Dunwoody Road across from Publix) for many years. I was there this morning. I walked out thinking that there are very few businesses that make me feel comfortable that transactionsimportant transactions to mewere handled accurately and always with great courtesy. When Im in American Mail, in Dunwoody, I feel as though Ive been in a small town business and the owners are people known and trusted by everyone in our community.

Had to ship a package to me overnight with FedEx. FedEx quoted $39.25. Had someone drop it off they charged $79.50. When I complained they said that is what they charge. $40 do drop the envelope in a bin!!! FedEx says they are in independent contractor so their quote is not binding. Save yourself a lot of cash and don't go here.
