Unhappy ..on 7/3/18 drop off a new dress to be press tags still attached ,had tried the dress on twice before having it press and picked up dress on 7/6/18 and notice on Sunday morning getting ready Church the stitch was showing on the side and in front I wore it to Church and in the Choir stand the Zipper spread opened from the bottom to the top .. yes the cleanser put to much heat to it Im not crazy went back to cleaners with my complaint and they didnt have no respect to even call me back after speaking with there manger just left it laying around I went back after I hadnt heard from them and a written statement was attached to my dress saying.. send Back were you ordered it from why ?? Nothing was wrong with the dress when I receive it with my order from company.. my dress got damaged in the cleaners to much heat ....Im Out Of new dress and money for cleaning...

I took a wedding gown to Wilson's. It had been borrowed for a wedding. It was brought to me to alter. I advised the young lady to wait and see if it would come clean first. Brooks and Debbie met me with smiles and all kinds of advise. They offered to clean the dress, but no guarantee that it would come out. WELL..... The dress not only was clean, I am sure that it was whiter and brighter than when it was new!
