Amazing response time. Very important in these situations. Friendly knowledgeable technician. Price was what I expected. I recommend and would use again.

I own three properties and have always used Roto-Rooter. They always send Lee, who knows what he’s doing and explains it clearly. He is also a delightful person to talk to!
If the problem isn’t solved, they come back right away with no fuss.

To start let me say I called 6 different plumbers and I only got a call back from 2. One was not able to respond for a week and Roto Rooter was willing to respond at my convenience. Plumber who showed up was professional and helpful. Did an excellent job and went the extra mile of making recommendations of how we can help prevent sink block up in the future. Adam Coyle, your plumber, cleaned up after himself and could not have been better. Extremely pleased.

Lee was very professional and helpful. Very quick response to my emergency bathroom clog. All went well on June 20, 2018.

I dealt with multiple employees of this service over a few days. Most were very personable and accommodating. I am rating 5 stars specifically for the service received Wednesday, May 30th. Jeremiah E. was great and I will definitely be requesting him for any future jobs I need.
