I work for PureGuard pest control and Ill say AngieK and her husband are being very untruthful with her review here. They wanted a full service with extras for nothing or little as possible. The technician that was sent out is a very good tech and honest person. This technician promised us at our office that he did treat the crawl space with the power sprayer off the back of the work truck very good. WE WOULD BE GLAD TO TEST THE SOIL UNDER THERE TO PROVE IT! Angies husbund also lied and told our tech and that the office told them on the phone we would treat a 4 foot band around the entire home amongest other extra things for the $150. This would have been an exrta service from what they ordered on the phone. Plus we have proof by way of paperwork and recorder calls of what was said and the service that was ordered and also with proof of the times the tech arrived and left their house. The technician reported whole time he was there that her husband followed him around with a negative attitude downing other companies and services he's had in the past with just about every field of work hes had done at his home. Her husband knowing the service would be at least $150 waited until the service was over handed the blank service agreement back to the technician and a check for $140 saying that's all he was going to pay. We trusted them and they stole from us. Our Owner who is a Christian man then had to contact this man and told them they owed $65 more for all the extra services they added not mentioned for spending over 2 hours trying to make this guy happy.
If you are reading this review we will be happy to prove Angie is lying with our recorded calls and paperwork of times we were there and left to preserve our good name.

Came out same day, however, service was horrible, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Gave quote on phone at 100 1st time, 40 each time after.. never mentioned contract. Said they would be here around 4. He arrived at 4:37 came in we discussed a contract he mentioned, we didn’t want contract so he it would be 140. He called boss and he said we could do 100 1st time them 50 a month for 6 monthes( because we didn’t want to pay for winter monthes when we didn’t need the service. My husband had a conversation with the boss over the phone as well. He got out a gallon sprayer and sprayed inside house missing all closets, then went outside and sprayed missing the east side of house completely where foundation is. Husband asked him 4 times to do the craw space and said he would but never did. He left at 5:42 ( 1 hr and 5 mins ). Which 15 mins was talking with him about contract and his boss on phone before he begin spraying. We wrote check for 140, which he said on phone if we only wanted this service this time with no contact, then boss called and said his guy was here for 2 1/2 hours and the 140 wasnt enough he said that he said 150 on the phone with no contract but was going to send us a bill for $200 and would contact collection if we didn’t pay it, he said he met his employee at bottom of our mountain at 4:06 and his employee called him at 4:15 saying he was here.. ( must been sitting in truck ?) well 4:15-5:42 is only 1 hr and 27 mins .. not 2 1/2 hrs. The service was aweful, and no one should be charged this much for a terrible service. My craw space didn’t get sprayed so now I’m still going to have scorpions and critters after basically giving away $140. I’d been better off doing it myself and went to Farmers Coop and got spray, I would have did a better job. Thought for future, if I was You, I would consider walking around with them like we did.
