Seriously?? How is this company in business or are they???

I called this business over a month ago based on a recommendation from Mr. Appliance, who serviced my dryer.

After my first call (with NO answer), I left a detailed message with my call back number.

After a week passed with no call back, I called again (still no answer), and left a second message. Still no one called back!!

After waiting for over a week with a very urgent problem, I called the third time and spoke with Elizabeth who assured me that it had been an oversight, and that she would forward my phone number to the appropriate party. Okay...over a week later, and no response. At this point I am speechless...but, realizing that a good plumber is hard to find, I decided to call back. Elizabeth (?) answered the phone. She was very nonchalant, and again told me that she would pass on my information to the appropriate person. This was after I asked her if this was a real business still doing business. She assured me that it was a business and that she would forward the information. That was a week ago with still no response from ANYONE!

This is unacceptable. I have been inconvenienced for a month!!!! What is wrong with this company? ( I use this term "company" loosely). Gayle Henson, Hixson TN.
