Contacted Dunedin Plumbing today for a new

water heater. Prompt service to my home in less than 1 hour. The service was exceptional -Tyler did an excellent job. Very pleased with the work performed. Highly recommend.

Would not and do not recommend to anybody! I called them to come out and locate a leak under my slab, the employee who did the locating stated the leak was under my water heater. I eventually found the leak 12 feet from where the employee stated! I wrote a letter explains the situation asking for a refund and hand delivered it to the office, they pretty much blew me off! Dunedin Plumbing Ripped Me OFF!!! $250.00. Consumer beware!

Absolute terrible service!!! I called on Thursday to replace my gas water heater and Friday "Bob and his team" do so but the unit is leaking when I get home, not into the pan but over the pan onto the wall and wooden floor and over night through the floor into my bedroom as I wake up to water trickling through my light in my bedroom. (I go though 3 soaking wet towels in my bedroom) I call Friday night and they tell me they will have the original team "fix it" and no mention to turn it off or send someone out for an emergency. Saturday morning Bob is nice and shuts off the unit (after damage to my floor and bedroom ceiling) and states they will order a new unit and install on Monday) Monday afternoon they replace the gas water heater and tell me "you can close the doors" (to the utility closet) as they kicked in the retainer pan on the floor so the door will close. The Monday "Jeff" team also had no mercy taking the old unit out as they caused divots on my hard wood stair case banging it down each stair on the way out. They were unsympathetic as my kids and I took cold showers from Thursday through Monday although they have an "emergency service for such repairs and had already been paid for the replacement on Friday that failed. As for the damage to my floor and ceiling in my bedroom they plan to put a new coat of paint while the insulation behind my light is still soaking wet and I still have water stains appearing on my ceiling. They quoted me $950 and charged me $1050. I will NEVER use them again although Bob was very nice and helpful.

The plumber was neat and very courteous. Explained everything he was doing before he did it and I am now a Dunedin Plumbing customer for life. They also have a very nice showroom too..
