I just had to most horrible experience at this location! We stopped to get gizzards and hot wings WITH fries. Our fries were left out of the bag. My husband returned to ask about his fries and to make another purchase and was darn near assaulted in the parking lot by an employee (Adrian V.). The Manager (Lesley O.) on duty allowed this awful behavior to take place. Charlie N. (Owner) please be aware that this behavior will cost you much money and a loss of customers. Another female customer came in and said her fries were left out of her bag prior to us receiving our order. Unfortunately we did not check our order until we got home. Charlie N. please pull the tapes and witness the awful behavior displayed by your workers. This incident needs to be addressed with your employees that worked on 10/13 between 8:30 and 9:30.
