I've had excellent service from professional grooming corner. I have been going there for many years and I found them to be reputable polite and concern for all pets that enter their facility. Nothing has happened to my pets and I have been going there for many years I recommend them highly. They always offer the option of taking their pets to a veterinarian if any injuries occur and they take full responsibility for all payments concerning the issues. Whenever I enter their facility they tell me the same information if a pet gets injured and their facility I have the option of taking them to my veterinarian or theirs. But my pet had nothing but the best experience there and they appear to be very professional I recommend them highly

I brought 3 of my dogs in a few days ago, 2 poodles got them back and looked good but the 3rd one a maltese was not herself from the moment i got her. She had her eyes closed as if she was sleepy, i then noticed her eyes were draining green discharge, for the rest of the day she didnt eat, she kept her eyes closed and got worse. Next day her eyes were swollen shut and draining. I called the groomers to see what happened to her since she was perfectly ok before i took her. The owner states bring her in ill put some drops. I take her back, he then puts some "lubricating drops" and at this point im more than upset since i know she needs more than that. He proceeds to wipe her eyes with wet cotton, i then tell him is this all he will do since its not my fault, he states thats it and i left very upset. when i got home, both of the inside of her lids were swollen and started to flip outwards. Needless to say, she needed antibiotic drops and ointment and is now better but its money down the drain and they had no compassion for something they caused. Besides that , they cut off the top of her hair on her head and i mentioned to them , " yall do know she was a girl right" as i do little ponytails on her. They said we will put it in her notes for next time. Sorry, theyre wont be a next time. Beware if you take your pet here.
