To the person above, the price was clearly stated on the merchandise. You either buy it or not. They don't owe you anything. When you go to the grocery store you go to every week do you demand that they give you a discount of 10% of your groceries or else you will shop somewhere else? This company has always been a great help to me. Another thing, go to Best Buy and tell them you want a discount on a wall mount. Good luck!

I asked the saleperson what deal could he give me on a tv lift. He said pay the price on the sticker plus taxes. He said sorry,Ii said im sorry too and walked out. Feeling less than satisfied I called the store, a saleperson answered sounded like the same salesperson i had spoken to in the store but could have been his brother/owner. Either way I shared with him my disappointment that nothing was offered to me as an incentive to buy with them. I even suggested giving me or any customer a 10% discount on the next purchase. the saleperson never responded to my suggestion not even when I told him I had 700 cash dollars to buy the unit. I had in my possesion the full amount for the purchase but I just felt that as a frequent customer some concession should have been made to show thier appreciation for my continued patronage. If the furniture shop thinks that they dont owe the customer anything for choosing to shop at their store they will be needing a bailout soon but not from ME!
