Great Customer Service, technician was prompt, very knowledge and most of all Affordable. There is no service charge fee, if he fix it and he does a very good job on repair work. Al fixed GE refrigerator amazingly less than an hour time. Very professional you will appreciate this quality service for less.

Called Al to repair my Whirlpool washer. He set me an appt for the same afternoon. Called later and was able to come an hour earlier. Al was courteous and friendly and knows his business. He had my washing machine working in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be contacting him for future appliance repairs. Highly recommend this gentleman.

I called Al for a washer repair. He scheduled the appointment and then asked me what the washer was doing so he could give me an idea of what it might cost. He also told me he could speed the process up by getting the parts he thought would fix the problem. I live near Ennis, I was not sure Al would drive this far knowing his business was in Duncanville. I was grateful he did, he was on time and called to let me know he was on his way. Al checked the washer out and found that my wife loaded the washer with sheets that made the drum unbalanced. No parts just a service charge of $59.95. So glad Mr. Al is a honest repair technician. This is hard to find these days, so I recommend him to all my family and friends. He also told me he can fix other appliances as well. I have his number on speed dial. Thanks Al.
