Had a good experience in Duncansville my counselor Mitch and my case coordinator,Cortney were great and Cortney was instrumental in getting me to the next level of aftercare.I almost left the facility half way through treatment and they both took the time to talk to me and help me find the right reason to stay if either of you read this I’d like to say thank you very much....Jason B

The center driver was late didn't comfirm the safe arrvial of the consumer ,It was court ordered for my person at the center . Get your lawyer and get them out of here fast. Violates basic safe concerns. A complete Rip off issued by courts. However there are a few good workers at the center. A genuine lack of concern for family and friends of someone in treatment here 11-12-14

Though it is not fair to classify every employee at Pyramid in Duncansville into the same group, I would surely say that the overall staff is very unprofessional.



My fiancee got into the inpatient Detox & Rehab program which his counselor from his outpatient program helped him set up. He arrived there in the afternoon, they unpacked his bags, started paperwork and 7 hours later told him that he would have to pack up his bags to leave at 7am because his insurance would not allow him into an inpatient program because he left his outpatient program.



After a total of 8 hours driving and over $300 spent to make this happen, there was no way for him to go into the program.



The loss of money was upsetting but even more so was the hope that he momentarily lost. He was excited to get into the program and everything was set up for it to happen.



Somewhere along the line someone did not do all of their work, because I highly doubt that all patients are scheduled days ahead to come in, drive there and then find out they cannot go in.



The staff was very unapologetic, rude and unprofessional.



I am not angry at pyramid, but I rather feel sad for how corrupt the staff is and how many lives they can possibly ruin with their mistakes.
