My father has them and now I have them, they have been picking up my garbage for almost 7 years now. the only complaint I have is I can not pay them over the internet and its very hard to reach someone via the phone. other than that they are very accommodating to my needs as a customer.

Never had a problem with them. They are a family owned business. They have always been kind to us. People need to realize there are times that a schedule is difficult to keep, like weather, equipment issues, health issues, etc. I mean, you people complaining, if you can keep a perfect schedule for a whole year day in and day out, tell me your secret. If they didn't pick up the garbage, I'm sure your place would have been giving a citation. Right? I've seen a few different companies riiding around that the workers look like they've crawled out from inside the truck.

you are very helpful when some one needs your help I would recommend other people to you. can you send me another copy of my bill I lost it I need it before the 13 of march.

I've had service for about six months and it's going to be terminated. They have no solid schedule and they don't dump my dumpster. They pick through it by hand and I've seen them going through mail. They only take whats in bags so right now they just left and the dumpster is halfway full

Worse service I have ever had, they come sometimes, they don't come at other times, don't inform of Holiday pickups, offer partial refunds then don't communicate it to staff, over bill, and to top it off want to have an attitude as if there are not other services in town. Good luck with them if you choose this company

The big guy only goes to consumers who don't pay.he used to.be a very small man but he has a thyroid problem so he gained 250 pounds super nice guy has came.to my residents an helped me keep my trash hauler.also helped me.set up arragments.very polite people...

First, they don't inform the customer about which days/holidays they will or will not get picked up. I have had holidays that they pick up on and others that they don't then we have no idea when they are coming. I am billed every three months but I never get my bills. When I don't get the bill I call but only get an answering machine so i leave a message of what I am calling about, name, and number but never get a call back. Then when I didn't send a payment because no bill came in and no one called me back they send a large guy to my home after dark and he bangs on my door. No phone call instead to let me know just a man at my door. Other things I would care not to mention have happened as well. Not good business practices.

This company is on the ball, any time I call I get a voice not an answer service, they always provide same day service with the utmost respect for my hauling needs , it well worth the money the rates are affordable for dumpsters and roll offs service not to mention my weekly service they offer weekly recycibling which is great so I'd recommend then to any one who need a trash hauling service any time

These guys are the best. They offer so many services including residential, comercial, roll off and dumpster services. Also they do clean ups. And wow they just added a septic pumping service. Definitely give thease guys a call. They are friendly and are a family owned and operated business.

I tried the big haulers such as Waste Management, and their service was horrible. Jim's Hauling allowed me to hired a local contractor and therefore I could keep the money in the local economy. Jim's Hauling has provided me with impeccible service. If you live in the Hollidaysburg, Duncansville, Altoona area, this is the hauler you need. Period.

I originally chose this hauler because I could set out my recycling every week. I have had nothing but excellent service and fair treatment from this hauler. Jim's Hauling is very dependable and works with people, if you let them know ahead of time that there will be extra they take it at little to no additional fee. I would and have recommended this hauler to everyone I know. Thanks for everything Jim!!
