Provided by YP.comI am reduced to sending a letter by certified mail to him for history of his seeing me about my complaint of a tremor and a chronically cold right foot.
He likes to talk about politics, mixed in with the visit, as he knows I'm in opposition to his point of view.
The certified letter was not siqned for, and returned as 'wrong address' even though he maintains a business address at the same address of my c-letter! That "official" letter was preceded by an affable letter 2-months before as a request from a friend to a friend.
