If it were possible to give a negative then they would get that. This is the most horrible place, in my opinion if it were possible to keep anyone from being able to have to stay I would close the doors. They say how much they care and they are all lies. The place is totally understaffed and even worse on the weekends. But, in my opinion, because they are so money hungry instead of keeping the patient count low so they have even a chance of giving the patient half decent care they just keep admitting people whether they have staff to take care of them or not and it is usually not. They never give meds on time. Patients do not get bathed regularly. I wish each employee would have to be strapped into a wheelchair for a couple weeks so they would see what it is like to be at the mercy of people who dont care. To have to wait for someone to take them to the bathroom, or get them items they need, like the incontinent .supplies. Or to have drinks when they are thirsty. To have a shower at least once a week. Things they take for granted and do not care if the patient has these things or not. They just say sure be right back and they never deliver. No one deserves to be treated they way they are in this place.

I have attempted to get ahold of my mother's case worker and she refuses to answer or return my calls. They are not sr o busy they can not do so. They tell you they will address your issues that you have with them and will call you the next day, and never do.

Absolutely horrible. The staff and management are two-faced, vindictive, and extremely childish. They are rude and neglectful of residents and family members alike. I wouldnt put my worst enemy here. They cant keep staff because they keep people that run good staff off and/or people that anywhere else would have fired ages ago. Everyone, as in management and the bad staff, are all friends and/or family which is why the horrid staff stays employed. This is also why disciplinary measures never happen. This causes resident endangerment and a hostile environment. BEWARE!!!
