Please dont use this company. I called them out to fix my washing machine about a balancing issue. They replaced the drain pump for $284 but when that did not fix the issue they said they would have to research it and call me back. No call back was ever made. I worked fro several days to get someone on the phone only to be told that I would have to talk to the owner, who not there. I called back every hour until He was available and was told that they would refund my money if I could prove that another company had fixed my issue. Another company told me that the repair would be more than the cost of a new machine and that was not put on an invoice so of course no refund. By the end of the call I was told that they would not deposit my check and also told that they would give me a refund minus the service fee of $145 . I am not sure which one he will actually do. I asked for the owners name, business address and business license number. The name provided was Muzammil (no last name given). He would not give the other information. My husband drove my the address listed online and it was a home residence. I have reported the to the BBB.

American Appliance Services, Dumfries, Va. saved me $3000. My 10 year old refrigator totally stopped running. I didn't want to spend a lot of money repairing a 10 year old frig so went shopping and almost bought a new $3k+ frig. I decided to calll American Appliance Services and am glad I did. They chrarge $30 to diagnosis the problem which I thought was worth a try before buying a new one. Again, I didn't want to spenf hundreds of dollars on repair of a 10 yr old frig. American Appliance Services of Dumfries, Va. found the problem, fixed it and it cost me $172. I am so glad I called them and highly recommend them.

There diagnostic was wrong and after replacing wrong detail they said they need to replace another detail which they can order but it will take about 2 months to get it. There manager Mike (he refused to tell his last name) was extremely hostile. I would recommend keeping far away from this company.

I contacted American Appliance Services, Inc. when my refrigerator stopped cooling. I had contacted another company twice in 3 months and for some reason they were not able to fix the problem. The technician who came from American Appliance Services was able to figure out the problem quickly. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. To my surprise, it was much lesser than what the other company had charged me and not even fixed the problem. It has been over 2 months and my refrigerator is working great. I would recommend this company to others.

We called this company when our refrigerator stopped cooling. They came the same day and also had the replacement part with them. My refrigerator was working within few minutes. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.
