We have 3 dogs we take to Fish Lake Kennels - and our experience has been great. Mary is wonderful to our dogs, and the dogs certainly love to go there. When the dogs come back home they are all tired, so clearly they are getting a lot of excercise and attention when they are there. I would highly recommend them!

The owners are very nice and used them twice. great the first time, but picked up our dog the second and he was extremely muddy as it rained there over the weekend and when we got home to bathe him, we found two quarter sized cuts on him. We were very upset and called the owner and she simply responded that "I'm sorry that this happened, I did not see anything and you signed the waiver." She also stated she was a paralegal as well! We thought it was from another dog bite, but the vet said the marks are not from that and that marks are consistent with having fencing tear him open. The owner did acknowledge that there was a spot in the fence that could have done that if he went by it fast enough. She has since neglected to send us a copy of the waiver, or be accountable for anything after multiple attempts. Her fax machine was broken and she never sent one via e-mail either. I have used this kennel at least five times since the new ownership and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them. The dogs are well taken care of and the couple that owns it, just run the kennel, and they have "helpers" if they are away for even a few hours, I LOVE that. Very affordable and easy to get too. Can't beat this kennel for sure!!!

i am not sure i want my dogs to be in a kennel together because one is wwaayy bigger than the little one and she like bites him on the neck and like gets out of hand a little when people arent waching

The owner is very nice and seemes to be very good with the animals. I have been using his services for 2 years. ######He is not full time at this however, and he works a day job and the animals apear to be alone all day in their kennels.
