I just stopped in there for a free engine scan on my 1997 Bonneville today. The gentleman who assisted me at the counter grabbed his scanner and came right outside to check out my car for me. He was polite and informative. He did not pressure me to get the work done at this shop so I would definitely return to the Allstar Service Center with further/additional vehicle needs or questions.

Friendly and trustworthy are two things that make the difference in the automotive world and that's All Star Service! I've sent all of my friends and family there to receive the same awesome service I received. BEST IN TOWN...enough said!

I have lived in Duluth for ten years and have gone to a few other shops. This shop has become my favorite because they talk to you before they make the repairs and get your approval. I have known and trusted this crew for years now. I highly recommend them to you for honest quotes and service done right the first time. I trust the shop to the degree that last spring I took a pre-owned Toyota to them to look at before I bought it. They gave me the nod that I was making a solid purchase. The car is running perfectly. I believe they are the best mechanics in Duluth.

I would NOT reccomend this company!!! It was the worst experience I have ever had with an automotive company. As a younger female, I feel they took advantage of me. I first spent $700 to have a popping noise from my steering wheel "fixed." When the vehicle was returned to me, there was no difference in the noises it made, if anything it was worse. I returned to the company to have it looked at again - it was "mis-diagnoised" and they wanted to charge me another $325!! I refused to pay again for their wrong doing and was treated with much disrespect. When the car was returned to me the 2nd time, it made an entirely new noise AND my car-starter didn't work. I called again to have it looked at FOR THE THIRD TIME and they ended up fixing the same parts that were supposively "fixed" on the first visit. It was a complete inconvience of my time, and the customer service was so rude!! If you want you vehicle fixed right the first time - DONT GO HERE! I never will again.

I have always gone to a mechanic that was referred by my friends and family so when I got into a bind and couldn't find anyone to help me fix my car I started to freak out. I started calling around to different businesses trying to get a fair price on replacing the ball joint on my truck. I ended up calling 'Allstar Service Center' and from the moment I started talking to their staff, I knew they were an honest group of people. Not only did they quote me a extremely fair price, They let me come in and watch the progress of the repair. They called me and told me everything they found before they did it. It is extremely rare for any kind of repair shop to show you what the issue was. The gentleman that worked on my truck was more then willing to show me everything he found and even things that I didn't ask him to check, he did and he told about things that could possibly cause an issue as well. I recommend this shop to anyone that wants to get a wonderful mechanic that wont lie to you a

200 miles from home with an ailing vehicle, I found Allstar through Dexknows.com. It's been my experience that getting quality same day service on your vehicle is really hard to find. Darren, Gavin, and the guys got my vehicle in first thing the morning I called. They even installed a part that I purchased elsewhere and had me on my way home less than 3 hours after my initial call. In the meantime Darren shuttled me down to the local Perkins so I could eat breakfast while my vehicle was being repaired. When I got back my vehicle was running like new, and the bill was less than I expected. Allstar provided fast, Friendly, professional service, all at a fair price.

I was treated with respect...not like an idiot like some mechanics do.###Allstar fixed everything beyond my expectations and in the end the bill was not as much as I feared. I feel like I was taken care of by a true professional.
