I went in to ship some printing I had done recently. The new management not only helped me ship it and get it there in time but they also gave me a quote for the same printing that saved me hundreds of dollars. Really pleased with the service and of course, the savings. Would recommend.

I was in The UPS store #3857 today(tree summit village on 3870 Peachtree Industrial pkwy, duluth, GA needing to ship a care package to my daughter in college.
When I first walked in there was a young gentleman at the counter so I let him know that I needed a box about the same size as the box if the customer next to me. The gentleman came back and asked what a was shipping, so I let him know. He then came back with an older lady who pointed out the different sizes they had so the young gentleman and I went over to look @ the boxes and decided that I needed a size in between the 12 cubed and the 16 cubed. The older lady at this time snapped at the guy because he questioned something about the sizes if the boxes. She replied to him just do what I told you to do I know what I'm talking about. At this time another customer and myself looked at each other because it made us both uncomfortable to see her speaking to him in such a condescending tone, especially with customers around. The guy brings the box she tells him to bring and it was too small. He came back out with the correct sized box, so I packed it and brought it up do it could be shipped. The lady took my package, do I let her know it needed tape. She taped the top of the box. I then told her the bottom also needed to be taped, which is when she told me that when customers pack their own boxes they are expected to supply their own tape because it rides the li e of packaging services. I then asked what my other options were and she told me they could have packed and taped it up for me. She then said she would do it this time, but she just wanted to let me know for future reference. She then told me my total was $18.32. I asked her if that included the price if the box and she started with her condescending tone again and says the shipping us $18.32. I then asked her what the total was and she decides to continue to speak to me as if I were her child and go into some long unnecessary drawn out explanation. I then told her I didn't appreciate the attitude and that all she had to do was answer the question because all I needed was the total. Obviously I'm here to ship a package. She then responds I did answer the question at which point I reminded her that I am the customer and told her to stop arguing with me. I then her it was extremely unprofessional and very bad customer service. I then pointed out how unprofessional her behavior already was when she was snapping at the guy earlier while customers were in the store. I then expressed how bad I felt about him having to work with her. She, in a condescending tone again said she was so sorry that I had such a bad experience, to which I responded I'm sure you are. I pulled the card with the Manager's name ( Michelle Conover). Before I left I asked she was the manager and she said no she was the owner and the guy that she was bring so rude to was her son. God Bless that poor kid that he has to not only live with her, but work with her as well. When my receipt printed it had her name Michelle on it. Thus was only my second time in this store. My first experience was completely different, I'm sure it had a lot to do with Michelle Conover not being there, that's why I came back, but needless to say I certainly will not be returning. There are 4-5 other The UPS store in thus area and I will just use them like I have in the past. My daughter is in college and I'll be sending care packages to her regularly, I'll just take my business to someone who appreciates it and not someone who is obviously controlling and feels like she has to have the last word.

I came to this business to mail a large expensive order of bluetooths that totaled over $10,000. When I walked in the store at the time I learned that the store computers were down but during that time one of the staff there had started packing my items and preparing it for shipment. After everything was packed she was still on the phone trying to resolve the issue. She told me that her systems was down so she couldn't accept cash, I let her know that I didn't have any cash on me. She seems to get an attitude and told me" Well cant you just leave it in the store until tomorrow and just come back?" I thought that was absolutely ridiculous as this would be a liability issue if something were to happen to my items while in there possession. I told her No! She then started to talk to me as if I was a child saying well you can come back and pay but if you don't that's Karma on your part!" Who tells a customer this I thought. Needless to say I never returned after being treated in this way!
