I can already tell the new ownership has definitely had a positive impact on customer service. The staff there seems to work a lot more efficiently together rather than other pack and ship stores in the area. Keep up the great work guys.

Great customer service, very convenient location. The staff here is always very helpful. As for the first reviewer, do you really want to go ahead and add another phone line, buy a fax machine, and then buy toner for that fax machine...get real. I fax in my time sheets weekly at this place, it definitely beats the alternative.

This store is a life saver. I can literally use this store as my one stop shop for anything. The other day, the staff there was nice enough to help me out with copies that we also got bound and had to send off overnight. They just made the whole process so quick and easy for me, excellent customer service. Plus, since they're in the Kroger shopping center, I had enough time to get all my groceries taken care of too;)

FAX rip-off, $2/page because it's "long distance."
